The Masters Ballroom
The Masters Ballroom provides an elegant setting for large wedding receptions, with seating for up to 300 guests. Soft mood lighting, audiovisual facilities and a private balcony overlooking Palm Meadows Golf Course and the lake create spectacular views, making a memorable backdrop for dining and dancing.

The Club Room
Located at the top of the resort’s grand staircase, The Club Room is a private reception venue seating up to 80 guests. An adjoining entertaining area, cocktail bar and dance floor allow the celebration to flow naturally throughout the evening.
The Lounge
The Lounge offers privacy, with your own private bar and views across the golf course. Accommodating up to 50 seated guests, it is a relaxed choice for a smaller wedding reception or intimate cocktail celebration.
Sunset Deck
Positioned between the resort pool and the ninth hole of Palm Meadows Golf Course, Sunset Deck offers an open-air setting with picturesque views towards the hinterland. It can seat up to 80 guests and is suited to sunset drinks and outdoor celebrations.
Lakeside Lawn
Surrounded by a perfect backdrop of greenery and sweeping views, Lakeside Lawn provides a beautiful outdoor setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions of up to 300 guests. Its generous open space can be styled to suit relaxed gatherings or larger celebrations.
Oasis Poolside
Host your reception in the tropical outdoors, beside the resort pool for up to 200 seated guests. Oasis Poolside is an atmospheric option for couples planning an alfresco celebration under the Gold Coast sky.

Vendor meals, children’s meals and additional supplier packages are available on request. Additional charges apply to outdoor venue hire, and weddings with more than 100 guests require security.
