Resort Staff

Hearing
All guest room TVs have closed-caption capabilities. Staff can provide a pen & paper to help with the exchanging of information, we are here to assist. 

Please notify our team on arrival of any hearing impairment, so that in the event of an emergency, or fire alarm, our staff will attend to your room or provide the information to Emergency Services. 

Vision
All Certified service animals are permitted at the resort.

Parking
There are two designated disability assigned parking spaces, located on the driveway of the resort, very close to our accessible rooms with a path leading to these rooms. Please note there is a slight decline from the car space to the building. More designated car parks are located in our underground car park, accessible via a ramped driveway.

These car spaces measure 2.9m in width. The car park has a maximum height clearance of 2.0m.

All paths throughout the resort are flat (no stairs) but there are slight inclines. Staff are on hand to assist where possible.

Reception and Main Facilities Building
The tiled lobby has wheelchair access leading directly to the front desk, with an automatic sliding door leading straight from the porte cohere. Here you will also find our dining facilities. The Green Bar has ramp accessibility and The Green Dining is flat to access the breakfast buffet.

An accessible bathroom is located on the ground floor and level one (conference floor) for guests use. There is an elevator from the ground floor to access the gymnasium and conference level.

Guest Pool Area
Both swimming pools are accessible via gates and have flat surfaces to enter the area.

The Oasis Pool has a handrail to enter via steps to the shallow end, the spa also has handrails. The Billabong pool does not have handrails.

Guest Accommodation
We have 4 accessible rooms at the resort, located on the ground floor of building one. These rooms feature one queen size bed and one single bed, allowing ample space for wheelchairs and any other equipment required. There is a small lip upon entry to the room and to access the private courtyard.

We can arrange any equipment such as bed lifts, mobility aids/scooters, wheelchairs, and toilet aids to be delivered (at guests’ expense).

All paths are flat (no stairs) from the reception area to your accommodation however there is a slight incline on the path. We also have luggage trolleys to help take your luggage and staff are available to assist where needed.
A spacious accessible bathroom allow plenty of room for wheelchair users, equipped with grab rails and lowered vanity. Our wheelchair-accessible bathrooms have both grab rails near the toilet and in the shower. The shower is tiled and flat with an adjustable, detachable hand-held showerhead and shower bench. There is no bathtub. A shower chair can be provided by the Resort on request.
