The Green Dining celebrates the garden-to-plate philosophy, with menus crafted around produce grown onsite, complemented by ingredients sourced from trusted local farmers and suppliers.
Our Executive Chef creates two menus designed to suit every guest:
- The Green Plate Menu – Launching 1 September - a plant-based and vegetarian menu showcasing seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs and wholesome creations full of flavour.
- The Green Traditional Menu – a selection of modern favourites and Queensland-inspired classics, prepared with locally sourced meats, seafood and produce.
Families are warmly welcomed with a wholesome kids’ menu that keep little travellers happy, while adults can enjoy an extensive drinks list featuring regional wines, craft beers and signature cocktails made with local spirits. Every dish and drink reflects our commitment to sustainability, flavour and connection to the Gold Coast.

Does The Green Dining cater for children?
Yes. We offer a wholesome and tasty kids’ menu designed for younger guests, with options to suit even the fussiest eaters.
Are vegetarian and vegan options available?
Launching on 1 September 2025. The Green Plate Menu is a dedicated plant-based and vegetarian menu, inspired by produce from our onsite gardens and local suppliers.
Can I order takeaway?
Yes. The Cart serves barista coffee, snacks and freshly prepared takeaway meals to enjoy around the resort or in your room.
Do you serve local wines and drinks?
Yes. Our bar and restaurant menus feature wines, beers and spirits from local producers, alongside cocktails inspired by the region.
Is booking required at The Green Dining?
We recommend booking a table, especially for weekends or busy periods, to secure your preferred dining time.
