The weather is cooling down around the rest of the country but Mercure Gold Coast Resort is turning up the heat with a fresh and vibrant new menu. Influenced by our sub-tropical location the new lunch, dinner and bar menus embrace the abundance of fresh locally available seafood. From crispy fried soft shell crab with wakame to fresh pan-fried goldband snapper, seafood lovers will delight in the oceans offerings. But don’t fret we still have scrumptious vegetarian meals or maybe something from the grill if seafood isn’t your idea of heaven.
The perfect meal isn’t complete without umm-ing and ahh-ing over which mouth-watering dessert you’ll treat yourself too. Whether it’s a traditional sticky date pudding or a new-age vegan chocolate indulgence we have a selection of tantalising desserts to satisfy even the sweetest of teeth.
If you’re just after something quick stop by the bar for a small bite to eat with loaded fries, Peking duck pancakes and pizzas are just some of the options available.
